I recently stayed at NH Dresden Neustadt with my family and our experience was a mixed bag. The initial hiccup was a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, despite requesting non-smoking. However, the staff's prompt response and relocation to a fresh room impressed us.The hotel's spacious rooms, equipped with windows that actually open, and the convenient bar fridge were appreciated. It's a short stroll to the vibrant Neustadt bars and restaurants, as well as easy access to transport like the Nr3 tram to explore the historic Altstadt.During our stay, the family indulged in the hotel's family-friendly amenities, offering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for us all. The cool, elegant design brought a sense of pleasure, while the professionalism of the staff reassured us. The edge-of-town location ensured peace and quiet, with easy access to Dresden's intriguing developments and architectural heritage.NH Dresden Neustadt provided a comfortable base for our family vacation, offering good value for money and a location ideal for those looking to explore Dresden's evolving charm.
